An Issuer Agreement will be signed after the Applicant/Issuer has passed the due diligence. This will be done before the beginning of equity financing preparation.
What is Issuer Agreement?
The Issuer Agreement is signed to confirm that the Issuer agrees to engage the Platform for ECF services.
It also sets out the terms and relationship, including the responsibility of both parties in hosting ECF campaign and several legal liabilities.
The issuer shall not make any Material Adverse Change without Platform's consent, otherwise, the agreement and the Due Diligence report will be automatically invalid.
