Why Due Diligence matters?
Due Diligence is an essential part of ECF process. It is also known as "prudential investigation". During this process, on behalf of the investors, the Platform will objectively review and evaluate the company (hereinafter referred as the "Applicant") to ensure that the risk of the company is acceptable for public investors. The related committee will make decision based on a due diligence report and risk control report.
After a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement between the Platform and the Applicant has been signed, the Platform will conduct a comprehensive and in-depth review on the historical data and documents of the enterprise, background of management personnel, market risk, management risk, technical risk and capital risk.
